Ghostie currently offers eligible customers a 30-day return period from receipt of the order, subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.
For standard change-of-mind returns where the product is not damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
Ghostie currently charges no restocking fee for eligible returns.
Products that arrive damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what was ordered are handled separately from ordinary change-of-mind returns.
